Approx. 10 minutes occupied characters but then quickly and competently helped. Aunt died in early October. Unfortunately no processing so far. Are very much behind. But is processed according to the series / date of death.

No, it would be wrong to condemn all offices in general. But with regard to the district court, one has the impression of being transported back to the Stone Age: No e-mail communication and no online appointments possible. Telephone contact occupied for hours. You could almost get the impression that nobody wants to be disturbed here. Customer orientation looks different. The KVR Munich shows how it could be ...

the hotline is a disaster, no getting through ... we tried for hours. If an office is already using a call center, then the appropriate quality and capacity should be ensured. The solution then was an on-site visit, which was extremely enjoyable. No queue (as if you can't make an appointment by phone), very competent and friendly lady. So: staff very helpful and competent - technology / organization total failure. The management of the office is required here !!!!

A total juice shop. Customer hostile, bureaucratic and extremely difficult to reach. Documents are not found although they have been available for four weeks. A reform is urgently needed here!

Extremely slow ... I am not allowed to say more about this, otherwise I would be liable to prosecution for insulting me.
