Since everything went smoothly with my online order, I have now apologized. I am increasing from one star to three.
Good prices and good service. I ordered a mountain bike from Bike2Run in September. Since the payment via PayPal had an error, I called the employee on the service hotline briefly and repeated the order in advance. My email request when the bike will be delivered was answered quickly. The bike was then delivered quickly (5 working days). And a question about the assembly was also very well solved. I am very satisfied with the service from Bike2Run.
