I was planning to replace the Rockshox Bluto on my bike and found Alex’s shop via Google. After explaining what I had in mind Alex advised me to go for the Wren. Ordening and delivery went smoothly. I set up the fork as instructed by Alex. To be honest I wasn’t used fiddeling with the suspension to much so it took me two rides to figure everything out. But by now I’m perfectly happy. The fork is super rigid, very smooth over small bumps downhill but doesn’t bottom out on the bigger drops. Best off all....it looks great! Best buy of the year 😉 Thanks Alex!

ZERO STARS, why ??? PLEASE READ I ordered a bike and pedals here and since I live in Nuremberg and also have stress with the move, I thought of calling and asking if you could screw the bike together and then come over to pick it up, according to the employee on the phone No problem, I should pay online and describe my wish in the comment area. So done Order date 09.07.20 approx. 12.00 p.m., shortly afterwards, get email ...... "Thank you for the email, I have informed the colleagues that they will call you as soon as the bike is ready. We are still waiting for the pedals, I think in the middle of next week you can pick up the bike "...... then wrote back that it takes too long for me, I bring my old pedals with and when the others are there I'll pick them up myself ........ I wait and wait for a call .... Tuesday evening 14.07.20 again wrote an e-mail when it's finally done ???? ...... Wednesday morning receive email from shop manager .. .. "I'm very sorry that the construction of your bike is so delayed. We are currently moving with our company, Corona means that we have to deal with five times the order volume, unfortunately nothing is going as usual at the moment. I have just heard from my colleague in the office that we have been unable to have bikes picked up at the branch since this week, since we never know when a colleague is on site. We would be happy to send you the bike free of charge, can we send it to .....? Hääää what's this ??? So far there was no talk of moving (or to Corona) or something although there were opportunities to tell me or to warn me ....... a shop manager who does not know that there have been no pickups for 2 days More is possible !!!! .... SUPER SERVICE ........ Without words .... I wrote back and you can send the bike, but if it still happens today, the 07/15/20 Wednesday (the was around 11:00 a.m. enough time to send) ..... now it is 5:00 p.m. and have not yet received a shipping e-mail, what I read is sent with DHL ...... so my anticipation of the bike has dropped to zero, nothing has been taken care of, the main thing is that the money is withdrawn in a few seconds that went quickly the rest of the day .... lick the stupid customer can wait I write what is good from Corona ....... that annoying is nothing you can do ....... that is my experience with FatBike24 and I do not have the bike yet !!!!!! ......... so I do not recommend it and I will look for another factory town .... I will keep you up to date on how it ends when I get the bike !!!!!! UPDATE: Wednesday 16.07.20, 5.00 p.m .: two e-mails written to Mr. Wimmer no answer, service number. No one answers, no e-mail from DHL or FatBike24 whether the bike will be shipped !!!!. ...... I'm sick of the shop ..... UPDATE: Friday, July 17th, 2020: ....... since I live in Nuremberg I went to the shop, the shop in front was closed due to relocation and Corona but in the back of the hall was busy, an older employee explained my situation and he was very very eager to help me and did everything I could to get my bike and after 15 minutes. I kept my new bike out of the box ....... well ... I was very relieved THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEES SO HELPFUL AND NICE, REALLY TOP (rarely found in our time) ...... 10 stars from me and a TOP EVALUATION, because the service employees can cut themselves off .......
