We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Everything was explained very well and you took your time, the seller was great! Unfortunately, we picked up one of the two bikes last Saturday, where we were told and promised that the second bike will definitely come safely in the same week. A day before the appointment I received a call that the bike should come in January. I just don't think it's fair and a cheek. So I'm very disappointed with the store!
The seller who sold me the bike has left the company. Because of this, there were delays.
These could be remedied.
Overall very trustworthy and competent.
Several times on site and by phone excellent advice, patient explanation of the new bike, conclusion of insurance. I would buy there again.
