Most excellent customer service with helpful advice on suitable components.
Super nice and competent advice - unfortunately no longer a matter of course these days.
I came with a concern about braking and tires and although I hadn't bought anything, the employee took time for me and explained everything to me - really great!
First of all, I have to mention that the people at Pedalkraft know something about their craft!
When the repair was accepted, a detailed "review" was made and the expected costs were communicated, which I think is very good, as I, as a customer, already know in advance what the costs will most likely be within! I also have to say positively that you are not talked into unnecessary repairs !!! When I picked it up, I was pleased to see that only the work that could be carried out by the workshop was billed - which, in my experience, is not common at every bicycle workshop! When I was picked up, I was given the opportunity to take a test ride and found that my bike was well repaired!
It is also worth mentioning that the advice from Peter Lauchhammer (I can imagine that other employees also do that!) Was very detailed and worth knowing!
Conclusion: This bike shop deserves all in all the rating very good !!! I can highly recommend this shop for bike repairs in particular !!!! I will also entrust them with my trekking bike !!
As a new customer, I received very competent and friendly advice.
The gear shifting was done on the same day, to my complete satisfaction, and I was able to go on my bike tour without complications the next day.
My bike will only come into these hands in the future. Thanks again.
