Beautiful public water fountain! Very intricate and interesting, I just wish there had been a plaque somewhere explaining its history and design (maybe there is and I didn't see it or perhaps there used to be one and it's gone). I did see people collecting water and drinking from these public fountains in the city, I don't know that I would recommend that to anyone who's not a local. There was also a fair number of children who would splash in these just for fun. I expect this would be a lovely way to cool off your feet if you are walking the area in the heat of Summer.

Very nice fountain in the middle of the city center. A man seated on a barrel. There is a mask on the floor. Unfortunately there is no description. The inventor probably wants to leave the interpretation to the viewer. The way I see it, the man looks at the other side of the tram, on the other side there may be another clue or a counterpart. Definitely worth seeing.
