The little house was and is the pumping station of Hohenzollern Castle. ( as far as I know ) As a popular excursion destination and / or stopover for hikers and cyclists one meets again and again one or two people in this remote location.

The pumping station is undergoing a resurrection. It is being built into a power plant with renewable energies. The awning is already installed, and the energy of the neighboring waterfall (Heilaubaubach) is also included.
