Nice place, access from the village.

The Ramburg castle ruins are located above the village of Ramberg, from here you can get to your destination quickly via a small, steep path. The castle ruins have a vaulted cellar, you should have a flashlight in your luggage. If you want even more, you can hike to the castle ruins of Neuscharfeneck and Meistersel.

A brisk walk with narrow paths to the ruin. Well maintained and beautiful view.

Information board with the story, great view from above, heaps of chestnut trees around them and a cellar with a great echo effect and the opportunity to climb into the deep well shaft. Is really worth a trip! Shortly before the castle there is even a children's playground and a tavern, which unfortunately was closed. But we could picnic on the beer tent sets.
