Excellent customer service
Top Service!
We bought a bike for our son on May 27th 20. The sales staff are very friendly and the advice was good.
As far as the workshop is concerned, however, you have to plan time and double the way.
The bike could not be adjusted and taken with you immediately after purchase. We got an appointment to pick it up, which was 11 days later for us.
You cannot make an appointment for customer service or repairs and you have to leave your bike there for 2-3 days.
That means no bike for several days, which is not easy if you rely on the bike.
That should definitely be improved!
Because some things can be planned or repaired quickly by a specialist and it would also be a contribution to environmental protection.
The "technical" competence speaks for itself. :-(
I can just manage to repair a broken holder of a control unit with cable ties and insulating tape myself. My bike was in the workshop twice and was given to me with flimsy excuses, but not repaired.
The workshop last saw my 4500 € bike.
But sales are no better either!
The store HAD exactly one competent salesman, with the emphasis on HATTE.
My recommendation - hands off!
Good bike shop where you get good service. No matter whether you want to buy a bike or give your bike for repair. The staff is nice, very helpful and knowledgeable about bicycles.
