E-bikes requested and received at short notice by phone (as 5 dealers between Bamberg and Forchheim had no bikes or had closed completely) Everything was straightforward and the bikes were technically in great shape and of high quality.
After a short telephone call, we received 2 touring bikes for a day tour. Good bikes, fair prices, friendly staff, uncomplicated returns. Everything was great, with great pleasure again.
Unprofessional. Responds to requests far too late. Preliminary agreements are not kept. I prefer to pay more money, but at least have a bike in good time.
