I can only rate one online order. Ordering on the website was not a problem. A telephone contact was also very good, you knew about the order immediately and could provide qualified information. Only the probable delivery time was completely wrong (in my favor): It was sent 2 days before the planned date, and the forwarding company only needed 2 working days to transport the bike - after all, around 500km through the Republic. Since I was told that the time would be over a week, it was a positive surprise. However, despite the fast delivery, the shipping company gets a star deduction because there was no delivery notification. At some point the supplier was standing in front of the house and wanted to hand over the huge package - and only because of Corona was someone at home to accept it. Coincidence. The bike itself was as promised, so everything was fine.

Was there to see me compared to a couple of bikes and test drive. That worked well and the seller who advised me was very friendly and gave me good advice. I decided then for a Haibike what the shop does not lead therefore it did not work out. But I did not find one suitable at all. The rest of the staff was extremely rude, did not even look at a question and on the phone the transaction was not exactly friendly. I did not feel well at all and would certainly have gone right back if the actual seller would not have been at least friendly. Therefore only three stars.

Advice, handling, service, friendliness - everything was great! I don't know what could be done better, I can only recommend it.
