If you are buying through Job Rad take your business elsewhere. We only ordered from this Fahrrad XXL because they had my bike in stock. A month ago. Cut to our order confirmation, we try to contact them the next day to organise a delivery and are told “they will contact us” A week later, we have heard nothing, so we begin calling, literally up to 10 times a day on different numbers and NEVER once did anyone pick up! We sent emails asking for progress, which would go unanswered for days at a time - no one could tell us when the bike would arrive, when the bike would be inspected or when it would ship. I write this after being told yesterday the bike had arrived, nearly a month after ordering it and that I could collect the bike... from Koblenz... a 600km round trip when they know it should be shipped. We reply to the email, the only way you can get any Information and ask when it can be delivered, and all we get is radio silence again. We are still waiting for ANY information on shipping, more than 48 hours later! Even giving leeway for COVID it has been dreadful service I can only guess that Job Rad is not a priority in anyway for this company. Also my wife got her bike through job rad and after two rides and not even 30 km the pedal fell off and was cross threaded by the installers meaning I could refit it myself. So they’re not even inspecting the bikes properly.

I was looking for a part of my E-bike display. I could not find this part in Holland. My experience is an excellent service. Fahrrad XXL spent time and effort to find this part. The new part is already on my bike and I'm very happy about the service. Many thanks.

I came here while on a bike tour because I was missing a cleat screw. I asked if I could use their stand pump to air up my tires. The guy offered to do it for me. He struggled a few times and then finally seemed to get it. I was suspicious, but went on my way. Not a few meters from my campsite, the front tube completely blew out. I had to walk my bike back to the shop. I received absolutely no apology, only sheepish laughs. They did give me a new tube for free, however they took off my fender whilst doing so. I just noticed that I'm now missing part of the fender. I called to ask and without any hesitation they claimed they didn't have it. Still absolutely no apology for what happened. I have never before taken my bike to a shop, only to have them actually BREAK it rather than fix it. So very unprofessional.
