I was just about to start my bike tour along the Moselle, when my gearshift failed. Called here and after a few questions about the technology I was promised help. Even after work, despite the busy schedule, people went to work. After a few hours I was able to pick up my bike repaired and it turned out to be a great vacation. I then drove to Trier. Great service, great mechanic. Full points.

Always very nice, extremely competent and absolutely fair. Here you are in good hands, advice and not ripped off. We got both e-bikes from him. He is a master "mechanic" of the old school, combined with the competence of new technologies. When putting together the components, we were given TOP advice with time and experience. Which was confirmed in our first tours. He responds to the individual wishes and needs with professional advice and it fits. A great contact who can be recommended.
