I only needed this shop to get an overview of toys. Otherwise not. What I noticed directly and positively here are the corona measures. Top implemented !!!

Conclusion: life-threatening advice, child seat gone, money back. Had our child seat there for repair. 6 weeks later I asked where it was and when it was ready to be picked up. The employee promised to call back if he knew something, a callback never came. After 8 weeks, I asked again: There were problems with the supplier and I could come and choose a new seat. Was sent back and forth twice in the shop, the saleswoman was extremely listless and unmotivated. Unfortunately also totally incompetent. Explains the buckling of the seat completely wrongly, that would be life-threatening for the child in the event of an accident. We then got our money back and looked elsewhere.

At first we were pleasantly surprised by the large selection. And actually wanted to buy several products. But that's not so easy when the row of shelves only has prices for half of the products. We noticed that the same products stand on top of each other and only the bottom one is also excellent. Even so, just under half of the articles were awarded. We still bought several things but not as much as planned. At the checkout we wondered why it was more expensive than we thought. A check in the parking lot then showed that one of the products on the shelf was incorrectly labeled. After 2 min then exchange it again .... Statement from the cashier it is being rebuilt. Unfortunately nobody was to be seen building something. Just a few steps further, an employee unpacking. I would have asked for 1 or 2 prices. But not with the amount ... Conclusion next time somewhere else ...

Rude and incompetent staff !! I wanted to buy a stroller and have never experienced anything like it before, so little pleasure at work. Pure disaster. I would still be presented as a liar and that I should read myself better because of a question and a statement. One should think in terms of advice from actually trained personnel. The irony, in retrospect, was that I was right and had shown her it too. Then they turned around and left. Big cinema. Anyone can have a bad day, that's okay. But that didn't work at all. 1 time and never again. I can leave my money elsewhere, then go to baby one and have the perfect stroller with great advice.

Access only with shopping carts, these are in the rain! Are dirty and rusty! Then pick up via Click and Collect, total disaster! Despite the power of attorney, original ID and the print-out, the goods are only received after repeated requests. Allegedly the ID could have been stolen, although I have the same last name and address (ID presented) 🤦🏼‍♂️ I've never experienced such poor communication. I will avoid this place!
