Ms. Neff, thank you very much for the competent and extremely friendly advice last Tuesday. You clarified my concerns regarding the transport promptly and informed me by phone as agreed. Unfortunately, you had a well-deserved day off when you bought it today, so I would (unfortunately) have to buy it from a colleague of yours. Maybe we'll see you when picking up next week =) The lady at the checkout is welcome to learn from your work motivation, but you would still have enough of it. She looked very listless.

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star. I have been trying in vain to reach someone from the workshop for two weeks. Well over a week ago, my cell phone number was recorded in (sales), with the statement that one would call on the same day, this did not happen. Today I tried to reach someone for a long time again, my phone number was recorded again this morning in (sales), it should go directly to the workshop foreman, again no callback. Now I'm going to the competition, although this bike was bought from you, it's a shame.

I have no idea what the 1 star ratings are. In my experience, I can only speak positively about the employees so far. The seller who sold me my bike could not answer all the questions himself, but immediately asked the service colleagues and they were able to answer all questions about the technology and gave me sensible tips! With the first record, this was eliminated immediately on site and thanks to the great insurance that the seller recommended to me, this was even free! I will complete this again with every bike! The service guys have a really tough job at the moment because all the bikes that have been sold have to be serviced. Nevertheless, I get a very friendly welcome from them and little things such as tires are also taken care of on the side. Thanks for installing the fender !!! Always my pleasure!!!!

Only positive experiences at Stadler! I haven't bought anything here yet, but the advice from the staff on both visits was very professional and friendly and by no means intrusive!
