Great customer service! I bought a bike there which was virtually unavailable anywhere. After a quick Email, I found out that the bike was in stock but still packed in a box. Mrs Rump reserved the bike for me and her colleagues built it up, ready for me to pick up the next day. Thanks! Not possible to reach them via Phone, not enough info via email either. No wonder that they bought the N-TV Logo for approx 10k€... Would love to finally receive my bike or at least a delivery date!
