The telephone system seems to have been out of order for a long time, at least a week, because the connection is immediately cut again. The extensions to be found in the network also lead to the same end. It's nice to have an invoice with a target date and incorrect recipient data that have to be corrected. You have to kick the door in person and knock the coffee out of your hand so that one hand is free to pick up the phone

Nobody can be reached by phone and apparently there is generally no reply to emails. You also shouldn't appear in person.

Tuesday morning 9:05 a.m. call 02621-6980. After 30 !! A tape runs for a few seconds with the information that the switchboard will not be manned until 9 o'clock. The clocks tick differently in the district court. It is now 9:21 am and I'm still being connected to the AB. p.s. Tuesday, August 28th is a sunny day and it is around 20 °, so not too hot or too cold. An absolute NO-GO for a community of 25,000 residents!
