This is an interesting statue of former emperor Wilhelm the 1st. It was damaged during world war two, and later restored and returned to where it sits today. At the intersection of the Rhine and Moselle rivers, this junction has a lot more history than can be appreciated from a short note on google. Definitely worth stopping at.

This is where the Mosel meets the Rhine, but also full of history. Bustling with people and culture. Very near the cable car. Easily accessible for people with access challenges too, such as wheelchair users.

Really loved it. It is very beautiful place, two rivers also meet at this point, cable cars going up and down, altstadt is nearby. Overall, a nice place to spend a day.

Beautiful place, great views from the base of the monument. Great place to just sit and enjoy the river.
