Excellent service, competent and extremely friendly advice!
The outwardly old-fashioned impression of the shop continues inside. In addition, I rarely had to meet someone as unfriendly as the owner. Throws customers of the DPD shop, which he also runs, out of the shop without a greeting because the box of the return (original box that was delivered by DPD and thus complies with all regulations regarding size and weight !!!) was too big.
Fortunately, customers can also decide for themselves where they would go shopping in the future - definitely not there!
The customer service is great and the bikes top 👍👍👍🚴♂️ good selection and good service
Very unreliable. Had ordered a new display 8 months ago. Supposedly not available although still over 1 year warranty on it. For 8 weeks bike in workshop and Mr Schley can not be reached.
