Very bad service. We rented an e-bike for 5 days. The € 100 had to be paid in advance. The bike was a disaster. Ancient, the chain guard was patched with tape and rattled the whole time. The engine kept cutting out. When we pointed this out when we returned it, the unfriendly mechanic only said that the last vacationer was satisfied with the bike. The boss later took a "test drive" up and down the street. He said everything was fine, I should go. The discussion didn't work, we left angry. If you are looking for service, you should avoid it.
