I always pickup gas here for my camper, easy, fast and good service, 3 years now I've been coming here.. For the shop itself I cannot rate I never buy something there. I only fill my gas bottles at the gas department.

According to an employee's statement more than a week ago, we were informed that the windlass had to be ordered. Thereupon the statement was given that we should receive the article this week.
What can I say, we haven't seen a package yet.
It is not possible to reach someone by phone, you are thrown out of the queue after 45 minutes, when you call again, an employee answers after 10 minutes and you are forwarded to where you are hanging up. Third try and so far it is 35 minutes on hold and it will be no less than the first call.
It is a great insolence and there can be no question of customer satisfaction.
The item is urgently needed and it may not be that a delivery time of 1-3 working days is given on the website and the item is still not delivered after 19 days
I've been there for many years to get this and that for the boat. Since time immemorial you have to search a lot before you find what you are looking for. The internet is a good alternative, you don't drive in vain.
I have been trying to get someone from customer service on the phone for 1 week (regularly) - unsuccessfully. Nobody answers my emails either. Unfortunately, I can only advise against the shop.
