The purchase advice 2 years ago was great. Now this morning my fender broke. Since I needed an appointment for the inspection anyway, I called quickly. Get an appointment within an acceptable framework. For the fender, I should come over to see what has to be ordered. One glance was enough to determine the type. Looked at the warehouse and even cultivated it directly. Great service again - thumbs up
I am extremely satisfied with the Radsport Bomm team in Bottrop and can only praise my colleagues! The nice colleagues are extremely friendly, reliable and competent. I will definitely go there again when it comes to either buying a new one or repairing the bikes in my family. The warm recommendation = "got"! ;-)
I bought my first MTB there in 2012, then two more for the family. A cyclocrosser was added in December, great! Screwdrivers in the workshop are very experienced and also help. And there are enough employees walking around the shop who want to help and do it with passion, experience and heart and soul. This is my shop for the next decades :-)
