After a long tour in the rain we were stranded with a flat tire and luckily we found this wonderful shop where we were helped immediately and in a super friendly way. Since we were frozen by the rain, we were offered a coffee to warm up while the tire was being repaired. A drink holder that was bought quickly was also installed directly. Service and friendliness absolutely great. If you need a bike or something, go to this shop! 😊
Top specialty shop, great boss and great employees!
Unfortunately, I probably caught an MTB Monday model. Despite the fact that I am a relatively fussy person, my complaints and comments were handled professionally. The boss personally took the time to clear my concerns and resentment objectively, competently and absolutely friendly. After a lot of work, the cause of a spontaneous cracking could be found, other minor things were also promptly remedied, but for which the manufacturer was the cause. In any case, criticism can be handled very well there, which unfortunately is no longer a matter of course today. Gladly again, only without a Monday model ;-)
The first bike shop in the Kerpen district that repairs my enduro bike quickly, easily and at absolutely fair prices, etc.
With the last total loss of my rear wheel, I was able to get back on the slopes within one day!
