It can be assumed that the many bad reviews have brought something. We received good and very friendly advice when buying a bicycle helmet. The lady made an effort.
Come to buy parts. The choice is really large. My "first" bike also came from Nagel. The advice we received has always been very good - with three different employees. With all three you could tell that they like to ride their bikes themselves.

We bought 2 E MTBs from Nagel and are thrilled.
From the welcome, through the advice to the purchase, everything was very competent, friendly and human.
