The advice by email and phone as well as the purchase process on site by Mr. Press and Mr. Kurt were excellent! The bike could be tried out, additional parts were installed as previously agreed, time was taken and little things were adjusted immediately. All questions found a good answer. The long journey of 160 km was worth it! Anytime again!

Very competent, friendly and unobtrusive advice. Test rides were offered as well as the non-binding order of the bike under consideration. I really felt very well advised there and can only make an unconditional recommendation. I cannot yet provide any information about the further service or the quality of the workshop, as I will probably only get my bike delivered in spring.

Very competent advice. They took the time to advise me and to answer the most important questions - even questions asked twice were answered again - calmly.

Very nice and calm is explained what the advantages and disadvantages of the different models of trikes are. There are about 10-15 different models on site. Mr. Press takes his time. Also a rental over 2 days was Hassle free. Would buy there again.
