The advice was excellent. We looked for and found an e-bike for my wife. We were shown and explained several suitable models. My wife was able to test drive all models directly on the streets in the area. We found the right bike and were able to pick it up the next day. Everyone was super nice and it was fun to buy a bike there. I can only recommend Zweirad Niestroj.

What can I say. My old bike should be replaced with a new one. When I moved, I was also looking for a trusted dealer. I landed here through the manufacturer search. I almost bought a new bike. However, there were a few inconsistencies on site. Now I'm more than angry and also glad that it didn't work out. But let's start from the beginning: I'm a little heavier. That's why the system weight for bikes is an issue for me. I chose a Scott bike. The system weight was right after my research. Unfortunately none was on site. But a Raven 8.8 from Focus. A test drive wasn't a problem. There quickly. When I asked the boss on site up to what weight it was allowed, I was told it was 130kg. We also became quite certain about the price. It wasn't a big estate. The 19% UVP was assumed here. Not a word about the fact that the 16% currently make up other totals. But good. There were also a couple of pedals. That was fine. The next day I wanted to pick up the bike. But when I called the manufacturer again from home because there was nothing on the website about weights, the mood changed. Focus states 110kg. As already written, I was told here in the shop that it is 130kg. Since it also has something to do with warranty, I'm glad that this didn't work. Conclusion: -Untruths are spoken to sell something that is not suitable for me as a customer. -A normal 16% RRP price is shown as a discount price. I think it's a shame. I come from sales myself and find that such things are far from sensible advice and sustainable sales.

I left my bike there because of a few problems that I described to them. ultimately they didn't solve any of the problems, but changed the chain without asking, even though it wasn't down yet. I then paid € 80 for it and later on when asked, they were also stupid. Then prefer somewhere else

Mr. Sonnenberg is very competent and friendly. I really enjoy going there.

Extremely rude! You shouldn't treat customers who pay for their services properly. We will definitely NOT be back!
