I have filed a lawsuit against AG Coburg against Huk-Coburg Rechtsschutzversicherung. During the proceedings, I found out that I had filed the lawsuit against AG Huk-Coburg. Director of the AG Huk-Coburg and the judge Trotta has tried in his decision of 27.06.2019 to cheat the process, as he wrote on page 1 of the decision: "The plaintiff demands from the defendant the (remaining) assumption of legal fees" ' This deliberate falsification of the fact in the decision of Mr. Trotta leads to wrong decision in favor of the defendant, Huk-Coburg insurance companies. It is correct that I demand against the defendant that the defendant pays the remuneration of the (first) lawyer according to our concluded contract. NOT (remaining) On page 7 of the contract between the plaintiff and the defendant, the defendant has to pay the costs / reimbursement of the (first) attorney.

Trial fraud, corruption, dishonesty is the sign of the indecent judge Müller at AG Coburg. He works to the interest of the Huk-Coburg insurance illegal and fraudulent. On March 7, 1919, I rejected Judge Müller in the trial because he wanted to write in the minutes, which is not true. I then opened the door and invited the witnesses to the hall and again refused the judge in the presence of the witnesses. Two guards came later and I repeated the application for rejection again. Judge Muller wanted to be like little children. He told me to say the rejection request again. I said again: I refuse you Mr. Judge, you will receive the grounds of the rejection application within two weeks. I then left the hall. On 12.03.2019 I received a default judgment of the rejected Judge Müller. He has continued with the lawyer of the defendant Huk-Coburg, as if no application for refusal was made.
