Join me on friendliness. However, that's over for me. For a Shimano Acera rear derailleur change and the exchange of the lockout switch, a verbal estimate of about 120 euros and about 1 week lastly over 4 weeks of waiting time, which would not have been so bad for me now. But then almost 165 € instead of the 120 required and the lockout switch was not repaired. In other words, 40% more expensive for only half of the agreed performance. Dishonest in my eyes even after sleeping over it twice.

Super shop, friendly and competent advice. The service does not end with the purchase, but also with questions and problems afterwards. Unfortunately not a matter of course ... Therefore: 100% recommendation!

I straightened my bike because the rear derailleur broke off, when I got it back it broke again and I had to bring it back.
