Great service, great prices and very good sellers, very good workshop. Small things are dealt with immediately without complaint. Always very happy. Keep it up!!!!
Fair pricing for repairs and service, at least significantly cheaper than the other bike shops in Deggendorf. Help with everything; When there was little going on, I was even made a little something with special tools for free. Unfortunately, usually very busy and fully booked (almost two months!), Smaller repairs are then tried to be pushed in somewhere, which can still take a week.
Top service. Bought my first Levo Comp. Before only Cube. Biller Bike was recommended to me and I can say it was a great tip. No matter if sales or workshop all top expertise and very friendly.

I bought a MTB there a while ago. Personally, I was satisfied with the advice and had the impression that the seller was very familiar with the matter. He also took enough time to answer all my questions - and also explained to me well what I did not understand. The sale went very quickly and easily - the bike was immediately made ready for delivery and I was able to make my way home with the good piece - very exemplary!
The only downer in the whole thing - I was in the shop again later because of a query, the same seller made me a bit annoyed and was unfortunately no longer as courteous as during the sales pitch.
It's a shame, because if you as a customer have a concern after the purchase, you would also like to be treated in a friendly and courteous manner - after all, you also left money in the business and thus indirectly helped the seller to finance his salary.
