Beware of proceedings before this court. If possible, do not hire a local lawyer to represent you. The judges are usually associated with them in such a way that an independent procedure is not ensured.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative examples here. Rule of law ... not in Ansbach. The young judge was visibly ill-prepared, arrogant, disinterested and bored, instant sympathy for the other party throughout the trial, without even listening to either party, which leads to other conclusions. Constant grin and laughter without a break, incredibly bad behavior. Evidence is of no interest here, money rules, not the law. Without a provincial attorney, you are better served here and listened to, even without relevant evidence. Just shameful, if you are looking for a fair trial, you are definitely out of place here !!

They have no idea of law and order. Do they even look at documents? A judge at the district court who supports fraud and falsifies protocols, according to the district court, is not misconduct. This is completely against the law. Justice is out of place here! No wonder that more and more people are resorting to self-justice, because there is no justice in Ansbach !! Another misjudgment. 30 years limitation at BGB without obtaining a title. They either have no idea or are corrupt. There is no right for citizens in Ansbach!
