The staff are friendly and competent, but the boss ?!
Have been there several times and have had similar experiences again and again. Saturday morning, the shop was empty. I needed
now a derailleur and brake pads, he hardly wanted to get up from the PC. I show him the derailleur and say: "I need a replacement for this" as if he didn't feel like it: "Yes, there are thousands" that went back and forth a bit with a few pieces of information that later turned out to be wrong . Brake pads: in the same charming way "I can see that from here, that they are not Shimano, so you have to buy completely new ones. That was rubbish too. After that I went somewhere else and got the pads (were original Shimano) and had to have the derailleur I bought it on eBay and had it installed. Probably there was just too much sales this year to no longer have to take such a shop with you. Thank you. At least I've now found a good bike shop

We were advised incredibly well (well over an hour), but you never had the feeling that something was being "turned on". The employee was always very friendly, even after asking more questions.
Even today when we picked up our Ebikes everything was explained in detail.
