I just called and tried to have my bike adjust the gears. Has rarely been treated as unfriendly as a customer !! No more . Can only advise against any of these stores.

One star is still too much. Never met someone more unfriendly that he also runs a shop is actually a contradiction in terms. Totally overwhelmed, rude and insulting.

We marched in on Saturday morning with a broken hose and although the boss didn't really have time and I'm not a customer of his, he changed my hose for me. At the same time I eliminated another defect. The gentleman was absolutely courteous and nice. Should I ever be in Schwabach again, I'll be happy to come back!

Can I join my previous speakers, was synonymous rather stupid turned on by the boss. (should perhaps think about how to deal with clientele properly) Wanted me to mount a double bike stand, and gear set up. When he saw that the bike was from another dealer, he refused to accept the bike. As already said by the previous speaker - who already has the already has. You can also speak normally with someone - but that was not normal anymore. In the past, I always liked to go - because the work was always done well. But that was the last time I visited this store.
