The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the new direction in the shop is a complete grip in the toilet, the Toy's r us concept was worlds better ....

So a few tips
Heavily pregnant looking at strollers. Just use it! In the end you sell something.
Complain about mothers diapering their children. Questionable!!! The fact that there is no possibility for this with you is not great either!
If a child vomits and a lady is cleaning, two people from the staff shouldn't stand by and explain to the colleague how disgusting that is!
Overall service poor!
A SHADE here the VAT reduction is only on
