I had my Cube racing bike from customer service. Rainer Wagner did the job to my complete satisfaction. I got an appointment straight away. The deal took place within a week. A new chain was put on. The cassette changed, the shift cables renewed and the gears adjusted. The price-performance ratio was very good. Chapeau and so on. Many Thanks

Didn't want to fix my gear shift because the bike was bought online. (normal gear shift)

Unfortunately only high quality bikes are repaired here. Repairs of bicycles from the discounter are rejected unseen. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford bicycles from the specialist shop for their children.
