During our last visits to the baby department, we were given extremely competent and friendly advice on child car seats and strollers / buggies from three female employees. The focus of the employees was always to find the best variant for us and that was really worth it! We are very happy with our purchases - so is our little son! The helpfulness and the very good service of the employees should also be emphasized! Many thanks again for your help! Overall, we felt we were in very good hands and advised and would definitely recommend Smyths Toys Superstore!

Positive: good choice wide range of products Negative: Smyths Toys does not have a "price guarantee" like the previous Toy ur us. We have spoken to the cashier, who has consulted with colleagues. Unfortunately that does not work. Prices are fixed as well as excellent. Advertising slogan according to the Internet does not apply here! "The Smyths Toys Low Price Guarantee also has savings potential. This includes the promise that you will always buy at the lowest price in your Smyths Toys store - even up to 14 days after purchase!" Conclusion: bought for 100 €. Remainder (700 €) at Müller and MediaMarkt (also has Lego and very good prices)!
