Very satisfied with the service.....left my bike in the morning, picked up in the evening.... that's pretty quick....

Rip off only interested in you if you are spending a grand or more don't bother getting your average bike fixed there he will probably tell you to scrap it you need a new bike or charge a small fortune for basic repair. There fixing bikes not BMWs

I was there at the end of last year to ask for an inspection including maintenance of the RockShox suspension fork for my MTB, which is over 10 years old. I pay close attention to it as it wasn't that cheap. The first employee who had the first conversation in front of the door said it would take a few days and, depending on what is wrong, will be notified by phone with a cost estimate. Then you could consider whether you want to have it done or not. Then another employee came and asked me to come into the workshop with my bike. After a short conversation about the high-quality components and the SRAM-X0 rear derailleur, which he also has on an MTB and is very satisfied with, my bike was already mounted on the assembly stand in the workshop and immediately inspected. After about 10 minutes the friendly employee was finished with his inspection and only had to inflate the suspension fork a little. I was allowed to take my bike back with me and didn't have to pay anything for it, that surprised me very much. Also that I was allowed to bring my bike to the workshop without the first mentioned waiting time and be present for the inspection. I wanted to throw something into the coffee cup, but unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me. So at least I wanted to leave this post and will go there again for the next repair or if I need something for my bikes. I can highly recommend the Ferris wheel based on my experience! Everything was uncomplicated, the staff was very friendly and competent and all in all very fair! thanks see you next time (Red Haibike with SRAM-x0, Rock Shox Reba fork, Avid Juicy brakes etc.)

Great shop. I called because of 2 plates, so front / rear wheel. Was allowed to come despite full orders. Communication clear and immediately offered for repair. Nice employees and they make a very competent impression. The price is fair. Would come back in the future. 😁
