Friendly, quick repairs, everything works 👍 Call in advance, you need an appointment, this can take a few days depending on the number of people - just like everyone else. Would it be cool if e.g. would give an online appointment.

Hard to beat when it comes to rudeness! There is a bicycle shop not far that is no less competent, but much more friendly and customer-oriented!
