Very good experience there. The workshop was booked but they took the time to check the issue I had with my back tyre. The staff was highly competent and even if the initial problem could not be fixed, they offered me a solution. Very happy of the service offered.

Rude service staff. Avoid this shop for any kind of good service experience. Its a shame because previously I had good experiences but now...

0 stars!!! So angry… I asked few days ago if they can setup my front derailleur, and agreed to bring the bike some day for a quick adjustment. Today, after 15km riding to the shop they didn’t want to setup the derailleur because the bike is bought from another shop… I will NEVER step inside this shop again !!!

Can't confirm the bad reviews. Was put off, but fast delivery. Everything is perfect
