I've been there 3 times but I never find everything I want, because the out of stock rate is high and their bikes are mostly ebikes. I have better luck at smaller bike shops actually. Some staff members are great and others don't care.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Bike was in the service department for two weeks, no work was performed during this time. Communication was chaotic and unreliable, emails went unanswered and it took me several days of calling to finally reach an employee by phone. It was essential that the bike be ready by the collection date and two separate employees assured me that the work was completed and the bike had been cleaned and this was simply not the case. One employee even told me by phone that the bike was “no longer there”, and I had to wait on the phone for a stressful half hour while it was being located. Incorrect phone number and services performed listed. Unnecessary stress and time wasted due to unprofessional and disorganized staff.

We had a bad experience with our bike service. One of the employees, Patryk, was extremely friendly and helpful, but many other times we were given bad information, overcharged, and service was not performed as stated. Phone and email responses were not helpful.

One month after buying a bike form their own brand "Carver" for 800 EUR, I had a slight accident and I needed some repairs to be done on my bike. After trying to reach them for one our finally I managed to talk to somebody only to understand that they can not repair my bike, because they repair shop is overbooked. This is the lowest of the low of custemer aftersales service and this business only wants you to buy and never talk to you again. You'd be better off buing a bike from someplace else. They are typical german retailer with with the typical low level of customer service.

Great place, unbelievable choice of bikes that you can test on site. Ask for Thorsten as he is very knowledgeable. Through discussion and testing he will help you choose the right bike! Service workshop is very good too, run like a proper garage!!
