Today I wanted to find out more about a BMC e-bike at Pedelec Schmidt and possibly test ride it, on the WEBSITE they advertise that you can do a test ride with BMC Alpenchallenge City, and it's very easy. I drive 50 km to Nuremberg in the shop I am told that they have not carried this brand for a long time, that annoyed me very much that I then drove 100 km there and back for free. Please change your website and do not give false information.

Yesterday I went to Schmidt Pedelec without an appointment to find out more about e-trekking bikes. I had no idea how big the differences really are in this segment! Despite the fact that there was a lot going on in the shop in the late afternoon, Ms. Schmidt approached me after a short wait and patiently explained the special features of the respective bikes to me. Based on this detailed information, I could already make a certain pre-selection for myself, my 3! I would then be allowed to try out favorites outside of the shop. An aha moment! I hadn't thought how different the engine characteristics are and how different the bikes are. Overall, I spent almost 2 hours at Schmidts' and went home with tons of input. Today the decision was made and I decided on a model with the new, incredibly agile Jamaha engine. Then the exact seat ergonomics would be measured (included!) And the bike would be adjusted or converted accordingly. Thank you for the competent and friendly advice, you have an idea of the subject. I can only warmly recommend the Schmidts 👍 Bravo!

Do not want to repair a pedelec in Corona time or in winter. They seem to be fine when you turn down assignments. This is called service. Why should I buy something there?

A couple who bought pedelecs from Schmidt & More recommended us enthusiastically. The individual, very competent and friendly advice from Ms. Schmidt and the opportunity to try out several pedelecs led us to a quick purchase decision. By measuring Mr. Schmidt, we have acquired an ergonomic, perfectly tailored bike. We have a lot of fun with our pedelecs.

Absolutely not recommended. Rude, incompetent. You have not received satisfactory and meaningful advice on the eBike. There are much more competent dealers in the region.
