Good and correct service, joint vehicle handover, all work is done as agreed and the individual items are explained when they are picked up. I was always on schedule. How it should be. The level of the cost rates is no different than at other workshops (BMW, Aprilia, VW ...). I've been happy so far.
I was there twice now and had questions about my old Vespa, each time calmly and competently advised. Spare part taken away. Very good.
Emotionsloser employee (boss?!?), After inspection, invoice items were explained only on demand. Pharmacy price (inspection more expensive than a small car service, although nothing was broken). I do not get a spark plug for the internet price, I realize, but 25 EUR?!? (= Factor 5) - wow !! Next time, other dealer!
I am satisfied with the service of ordering spare parts and the prices. Sometimes it takes a little longer for the spare parts to be delivered, but that's the way it is with older Vespas.
40 year old moped, get a spare part immediately. Great service.
