Don’t like Canyon bikes .. pretty sad
Client orientation is something from the other world for these guys. Came with a bike, didn’t accept to look at it because it’s new. It’s not like we asked for a free favor ...
During my brief experience, I went there looking for a crank arm bolt replacement. They gave me one for FREE!
As newcomers to the racing bike / gravel bike sector, we were given great advice and expertly measured, so that our new bikes now perfectly match us and our ideas. The long delivery times were communicated to us from the start and are common at the moment, and the wait was worth it :) We were also briefed on everything during the pick-up and pointed out to the free first customer service. We would choose Radsport Burkhardt again at any time.
A top experience in every way. Advice (in the sense of the word) from a professional who also takes a lot of time for a "fair weather / occasional driver". Advice: honest, open and fair.
