Zero entry level Gravel Bikes (NUROAD or Cross) in store .. They're also not available to order on the online CUBE-Store.. why do you guys even bother to list/market them online, you don't have any, they're non existent.

Bicycle shop with a large selection and the counterpart to the branch in Sigmundstrasse where I'm actually a customer.
I stayed here on 08/17. an appointment for the first inspection agreed on November 9th. should take place at 10 a.m. I chose this branch because my place of work is not as far from there as the shop on Sigmundstrasse.
On November 9th Arrived on time, I was amazed at a note on the front door, on which it was noted that on November 9th and 10th. an inventory is taking place and the store is therefore closed.
I was able to spot an employee inside and waved him over to me. I showed them my appointment slip through the closed front door. After a short conversation, I should come around the back to the side entrance.
Despite the inventory, they accepted my bike and I was also helped to load the bike from the car, as I currently have an arm injury.
Unfortunately, you could not contact me beforehand because either no phone number was stored when making an appointment or it was not available for other reasons.
Were there recently to look for a new bike and received great advice. Thanks Jörg;)
Something had to be adjusted on the gears on the existing bicycle, which the workshop repaired immediately despite the high workload. Even before that, the workshop always gave us great help and responded flexibly. Top!
