The price is transparent (everything on invoice) and fair.

Definitely don't go here! I wanted to hand in my bike for repairs. Absolutely unfriendly, no mask on, I wanted to explain the fault with the bike and I was treated with the words "I hate when someone buys his bike on the Internet" without a goodbye or something like that, he just slammed the door. Never again!! Absolutely not advisable!
I bought a used Focus mountain bike there in March. Everything perfect. Fair, personable advice and the bike runs great. Recommendation!
Bad service and overpriced
I got my daughter's rear tire repaired because the tube broke. The price: a proud 16 €. Basically, I'm also happy to pay, but after 2 days the tire burst again. Why? A fat hole in the coat. You could have noticed. Then I would have bought a new coat directly. Result: additional business gone, customer gone, bad recession. I will buy somewhere else in the future.
Oh and my 6 year old daughter had to walk 7km home. Thanks a lot for this
I gave my mountain bike (not bought from Hutzler) for repair on Friday because of jumping and hooking gears as well as excessive wheel bearing play and was able to pick it up again on Tuesday to my full satisfaction. The price was also right. Thank you, I can unreservedly recommend Mr. Hutzler and I will be back.
