Even one star is too many. Wanted to have a tire repaired on an e-bike. I stress a tire! Then the employee. “As long as it doesn't have a Bosch motor, we won't repair the tire,” but I asked him again that I didn't want to have a motor repaired, just a tire. But that didn't work and he strangled me quite roughly. Well, I'm bursting with anger for such incompetent service, but I'm sure I will find a suitable workshop for my 18 other e-bikes. You really do not wish anything bad to anyone but it should never be forgotten, arrogance comes before the fall and I am sure that you will always see each other twice in life. At the moment, the two-wheeler dealers with workshops are the big winners, but how long does the trend last? I am sure that afterwards one would be happy to have a well-known customer with this vehicle fleet who is continuously increasing his fleet and is therefore a secure source of income.
Unfortunately only had a bad experience. The boss was very unfriendly and did not really respond to my wishes I could really forget the advice.

Well-stocked bike shop where you can get good advice at fair prices. We react to customer requests individually, unbureaucratically and at short notice.
The Franconian rusticity that is sometimes present may seem daunting for some Neigschmeggden, but, as stated above, does not reduce the good service and ultimately only underlines the authenticity.
