Really good bunch of guys to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and stock a decent range of products.
I was interested in a bike, it was reserved for me until the test ride. When it turned out during the test ride that this bike was not right for me, I was patiently advised and provided with well-founded information. They didn't try to sell me something that didn't suit me. Unfortunately, it didn't work out to buy a bike this time, but I'll be happy to come back here if I need something for my bike.

Extremely friendly and courteous, you like being a customer. Radsport Ganser takes its time and responds to the wishes of the customer. I had bought cycling clothing. At home I found that a pair of pants was a bit too big for me and promptly the pants were sent to me one size smaller in exchange. I was really pleased with this service, so thumbs up and keep it up.
Manni advised me very well. I bought racing bike shoes, a taillight, Bowden cables .. Strange, my bill was much less than the sum of the individual amounts. 🤔
