Tried to buy a bike here asking about a small discount. The answer was plain and simple. List prices is what applies. I cannot recommend a place in which no negotiations are possible.

Last week I ordered my new bike from Kratzer Bikes online and was able to pick it up the same week. The order itself and the pick-up went very smoothly. The owners and employees of Kratzer Bikes were exceptionally competent, friendly and courteous. The service provided at pickup in the store was outstanding. I was even helped with loading the bike into my car. Everything went smoothly, even though there were a lot of customers in the shop. This is worth mentioning because everyone knew that my place of residence is more than 200 km away and that this (unfortunately) means that I cannot become a regular customer. All in all, Kratzer Bikes is absolutely recommendable. I haven't met a better bike shop yet.

Great advice, great service. We are with the whole family is regular here. It is your own fault who goes elsewhere. Bicycles that are not bought from Kratzer are also helped. Keep it up !
