Simply great! Super Service. I needed a smaller spare part for my bike. Ms. Grochowina tried very hard with me, although I haven't been a customer there before. I call that service. Always gladly again!

We came specially from Bayreuth because the Bulls Petrel was only still in the exhibition at Bike 4 Family. When we arrived, everything was prepared, everyone knew and the service was therefore right. You can tell that the shop is still a family business and that is how it is run. You feel comfortable right from the start and the people who were present work for your business AND the customers. A great shopping experience that made the 200km journey worthwhile.

Bike ordered online, paid via Paypal. The money will come back after a week. Order was canceled without giving a reason and without explanation. The dealer did not even find it necessary to write a short email. And that with an expensive bike. And I thought this kind of "service" was over. Never again.

Very nice and helpful staff, always happy. Bought a scooter there 5 years ago, it still works perfectly! 😊 This time it was a bicycle 🚴🏽‍♀️
