Best bike shop

Hello, Since my saddle was broken, a friend there recently bought a new bike and was very satisfied, I decided to go there, even if it wasn't the nearest dealer. I called in advance, but was then asked to contact me again in about four weeks because a delivery was pending. On both days I called, it was no problem to reach someone! When I went there, I had to wait a bit in the shop because it was quite busy, but there were enough bikes and accessories where you could "browse" and so bridge the time. I found the advice very good, I immediately felt that I was in good hands, even though it was "only" about a saddle. After measuring the sit bones, I was able to test both of the suggested models on my bike and then discuss the impressions in order to choose the "best" saddle for me. If you don't live too far away, the shop is definitely worth it!

So far, I've only had absolutely positive experiences with Next Level Bikeshop. I can only recommend the shop for repair work on the bike as well as the range. The customer service was excellent. The next time I buy a bike, my way will definitely lead me here. With Specialized, BMC, Giant, the bike shop has great bikes. A large selection of shoes, GPS computers, roller trainers, etc. leaves hardly anything to be desired when it comes to accessories. I had problems with the chain dropping through the derailleur on the gravel bike and had the gears adjusted at Next Level Bikeshop. Since then, the circuit has been running great. The circuit is known for the fact that the setting has to be very precise and another bike shop has already tried it without success. The Next Level workshop did it perfectly. After the good experience I had my racing bike overhauled there and had some wear parts replaced. It's going great again now. In terms of customer service, it's also the best bike shop I've ever been to. Communication with Guido was very friendly and customer-oriented right from the time we made an appointment for the repair work. In the shop, too, I was greeted warmly every time and given the best advice if I had any questions.
