Incredibly unfriendly staff. Was just asked if I got my bike from the garbage dump and then ignored.
Actually, a station bike doesn't have to be able to do more than drive, and I would only have needed new pedals, but apparently only elite bikes are repaired here. Never again
The REAL-BIKE Freising team has reset the gears / rear derailleurs on my CUBE e-bikes despite the extremely busy summer schedule, as the chain kept jumping between gears when shifting.
